A page will open that shows the contents of your Delphi web space.  I have a lot of things in mine but when you start out, it will probably only show a place holder page called 'index.html'.  (If you have a folder there called WEB, you need to click to open that folder, as your pages and graphics must be loaded inside that folder.)

Minimize the window and go to your desktop.  Click on your 'My Documents' Icon and bring up that window:

Click on the overlapping boxes button in the upper right corner of your browser so that your window no longer covers your entire desktop.  (If the window is already smaller than full screen, it will only show a single rectangle on the button.)
