We are a roleplaying site based on the Delphi.com network, online. While our website here has a lot of important information relating to the game, the actual roleplaying takes place on our Delphi.com home, in both live chats and on a message board. There is a link at the bottom of every page, which will take you back to the Delphi home for the Sunset Moon Inn and Tavern.

     If you are new to the game, or Delphi.com and follow the Delphi.com link back to our Delphi home, you will be presented with a login screen. If you do not already have a free account, you may do one of two things from this screen. You may either choose to login as a guest, at which point you can peruse the message board, and not be able to post, or you can fill out the quick registration and get an account, at which point you will have full access to the forum message board and chat as well. When signed in as a guest, you cannot enter the chatroom or post a message on the message board.

     There's a few rules, of course, but not too many. Rules will be discussed on the Rules page, and they're really very simple and common sense for the most part. I shouldn't have to write them down at all, but due to events in the past, I must, since some players really do seem to need hand-holding to make their conclusions about what is allowable and what is not. The chats don't have any set schedule, and anyone can open a room.

     This game is run during the medieval times...meaning 1300's - 1500's or so. Bear that in mind when playing, and as a result, Tech is not allowed. The only exceptions to this rule are the ones listed here:

— Tech in the background(s) of your character(s) is fine, but leave it at home please.

— Cyberimplants or similar things...these are fine...provided they are not weapons and cannot be used offensively in NORMAL situations. ((Meaning that in a desperate situation, one would be amazed at the things that people can make weapons out of. *grin*))

     One thing I absolutely insist on is basic respect, when in a chatroom. My mods WILL boot you if you are being disrespectful, or disrupting gameplay, or godmodding. Do not be surprised if you should find yourself kicked from the room after doing these things. They are required to give ONE warning, and one ONLY. Should you continue after the warning has been given, you WILL be booted.

     There is a"Messages To/From The Staff" folder on the message board at Delphi. If you have questions you can either post them in that folder, find a mod in the chat room, or email either Seliah or Serun or you can send an email to the SSM's Forum Email with the questions. We would prefer you to use the folder or the email to ask questions, however, as when the mods are in the room gaming, they are actually trying to game as well as others, and too many private messages can tend to be confusing and/or distracting.

     The chat used to have a rather long list of commands available, but due to the new format that Prospero has given chat, it is not quite as feature rich as we roleplayers would like. The commands that are available can be found Here, and I will keep that page updated as updates are made to the chat, so it stays current according to what is available.

     One last thing. I do NOT allow flames, or personal attacks on the message board. This forum will NOT become a bitchboard. ALL flames and personal attacks will be immediately DELETED. Fair warning.
