An online Forum dedicated to people of any gender who enjoy wearing skirts, kilts or any unbifurcated bottom piece of clothing for comfort, fashion and/or fun. This is a judgment free zone of respect for all where we explore freedom from pants. Cis-gendered males wearing traditionally women’s clothing can lead to consideration of transgender issues or transitioning. To suggest a man wearing a skirt for comfort has anything to do with transgender issues would be laughable if it wasn’t so... Cis-gendered males wearing traditionally women’s clothing can lead to consideration of transgender issues or transitioning. To suggest a man wearing a skirt for comfort has anything to do with transgender issues would be laughable if it wasn’t so insulting to these people. Let’s leave discussions on transgender issues to dedicated forums.
All people are welcome here as everyone’s voice, so long as it’s respectful, is valued. That said, men wearing skirts are often thought to be homosexual. Again, we embarrass ourselves if we suggest wearing an article of clothing has anything to do with an individual’s sexual orientation. Thus, the “man wearing a skirt must be gay” is also a stereotype that need not raise its ugly head here.
This is really just a place to have fun and explore variety in life.

Do you need a place to vent about the morons in cyberspace? Wade on over to the Isle. Some of the most intelligent women (and a few men!) on Delphi post here, but we don't mince words. We call a whack a whack. We stand for common sense, informed choices and, most importantly, a great sense of humor. If you think you can stand the heat, come on in. Welcome to the Isle. Whack.
