OBITUARY FOR PATRICIA "ANNIE" DUGAN

Pat was born June 13, 1943 to Clifford and Virginia Stowell in Kelso, WA. She graduated from Kelso High School and moved to Oakland CA where she worked for Travelers Insurance. It was while living in Oakland that she met Will Dugan in a Plymouth Brethren meeting. Will and Pat were involved in various outreach ministries, and were married in Oakland in 1965. When Geoff was a baby, the young family went to Korea for a year to help missionaries who were serving there. While they were there, son Jerry was born. The family returned to the US, and settled in Georgia, where Will was employed by Lockheed, and Brad was born. The Dugans moved to Caldwell in 1977.

Two accidents left Pat with injuries, which affected her all through her life. When she was 16, she fell out of a pickup when the door flew open going around a corner. Then later as an adult, her foot was badly injured in a car accident. She was also bothered by various allergies.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Will, her sons Geoff, Jerry and Brad and their families, and her brothers Bob Stowell and Ray Stowell and their families.
